Aukai Kealoha is a human marine biologist and surfer, and the boyfriend of Sana.

Backstory

Aukai is a Hawaiian surfer who, despite his himbo appearance, has a degree in both Marine Biology and Geography.

Aukai and Sana met before the events of the pilot, when they were both checking out the same dude at the beach, which they laughed and had drinks over. The two have been dating ever since. Upon learning of the existence of Atlanteans and other mystic humanoids, he took it very well.

Powers

As a human, Aukai presumably doesn't have any supernatural powers.

Personality

Although Aukai has only been mentioned by Sana so far, he seems to be fairly relaxed and easy going. He also has a friendly demeanour and a somewhat naïve nature, which his friends like to poke fun at him for, to the extent he earned the description, “The Himbo with a Doctorate.”
